CUTRALEUFU - Sight Fishing


With a population of about 36 million people, Argentina is the southern most country of the Americas and the second largest in South America after Brazil. The capital of the country is Buenos Aires with about 13 million people living in it. The native language is Spanish. The currency is the Peso which currently rates at $3.15 to $1 US dollar. Argentina is the largest exporter of grain in the world and very famous for its quality of beef. San Martin de los Andes lies in the middle of the Andes Mountains about 900 miles south west of Buenos Aires. The population is about 30 thousand. It is a town that dedicates most of its time to hosting tourists from Argentina and the world. Winter sports along with summer activities such as fishing, hiking and mountain biking are very popular in this area. Many tourists compare San Martin to towns like Aspen, Big Sky or Jackson Hole. Needless is to say we are very proud to call it our "home"!

Cutraleufu is owned and operated by us, Sandro Gonzalez and Lucas Buxton, both native of this area.
	We grew up fishing these waters and have been guiding on them for years. We both speak good English and our main focus is to provide a quality service that will encourage our clients to return.
